Tim Riddle is the CEO of Discover Blind Spots whose purpose is to help uncover marketing blind spots within organizations. Tim is passionate about effective communication, both internal and external, in all walks of life identifying it as one of the top blind spots in leaders today.

He is also the co-author of a book entitled BLIND SPOTS: What You Don’t See Can Hurt You and the author of a new book entitled Communicate or Else: A New Perspective on Marketing for Financial Advisors.
